Product description
A guitar equipped with a reverse wound reverse polarity (RWRP) middle pickup will have the advantage of noise-cancellation in key pickup positions while providing a versatile and balanced tonal palette.
One of the primary benefits of having an RWRP middle pickup in a Stratocaster is its ability to cancel hum and interference when used in combination with the neck or bridge pickup. In positions 2 and 4 on the 5-way pickup selector switch, where the middle pickup is engaged along with either the neck or bridge pickup, the RWRP middle pickup cancels out the hum and noise that can be associated with single-coil pickups. This creates the classic Stratocaster "in-between" or "quack" positions, which are known for their clear and noise-free tones.
With the RWRP pickup, players can achieve a wide range of tones, from warm and mellow in the neck position to bright and biting in the bridge position, and everything in between. This versatility makes it an ideal choice for playing various musical styles, from blues and jazz to rock and country.
The RWRP middle pickup has a tone that sits between the neck and bridge pickups, making it a great choice for achieving a balanced and even tone across all pickup positions. It contributes to the signature "Stratocaster sound" that is loved by so many players.

Free shipping of Custom Shop guitars in the BeNeLux. For all other countries you will see the shipping costs when filling in your full address in the ordering menu. When encountering an error while filling in your shipping information, please contact us for the options. You will be charged no extra costs against loss or damage as all of our outgoing packages are fully insured (unless agreed otherwise).
Orders outside of the EU will be sent with an accurate invoice. You can deduct the VAT on your purchase by dividing the VAT holding price by 1.21.
